Quality Control at Every Stage
A paper bag has one job: hold what's put in it, looking the way you approved. Our QC system exists so that a buyer 10,000 km away can order container after container without inspecting each one — though you're always welcome to.
Incoming material
- GSM verification of every paper reel batch against order specification
- Moisture content within processable range
- Surface quality and shade consistency check
- Ink and adhesive batch verification
In-process (during the run)
- Dimensional accuracy — width, gusset, height against tolerance
- Print registration and ink density monitored continuously
- Glue seam and base-fold integrity sampling
- Handle attachment bond strength pull-checks
Final inspection
- AQL-based sampling inspection of finished lots
- Load test — bags carry rated weight without seam or handle failure
- Visual inspection for print defects, scuffs, and misfolds
- Count verification per bundle and per carton
Pre-dispatch
- Carton labeling audit against packing list
- Moisture protection and carton strength check
- Packing photos shared with buyer before shipment
- Third-party inspection access (SGS, BV, Intertek) on request
Tolerances, agreed up front
Dimensional and print tolerances are stated in your quotation before you order — so "good" is defined objectively, not argued about later. If a delivered lot exceeds the agreed tolerance, our claims process (documented in the international FAQ) covers replacement or credit.
Inspect us — seriously
International buyers can commission pre-shipment inspection by any recognized agency; domestic buyers are welcome to visit either Valsad unit during production of their order. We would rather you verify than wonder. Arrange a visit or audit.
