Wiring an advance to a factory you found online deserves skepticism — we'd apply the same to our own suppliers. Every identifier above is verifiable on official Indian government portals in minutes — GST taxpayer search, DGFT IEC lookup, and the Udyam MSME registry. A supplier whose numbers check out on government systems is a registered, tax-filing business, not a storefront.
Put our address on a map
Both manufacturing units have full street addresses published on this site (see Contact). Satellite view shows industrial premises, not an apartment. Buyers in India are welcome to visit unannounced during business hours; overseas buyers can request a live video call from the production floor — machines running, same day.
Video call the factory floor
The fastest remote check: a WhatsApp video call while our lines are running. A trader cannot show you this. We do these routinely for first-time international buyers before any payment.
Order samples before money moves
Physical samples in your specification ship before any bulk payment. Weigh them, load-test them, burn-test the coating if you like — evidence beats promises.
Use third-party inspection
Appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your own agent for pre-shipment inspection at our factory, at your cost. Inspectors get full access during final QC. We would rather you verify than wonder — buyers who inspect once rarely feel the need twice.
Structure payment for mutual protection
Standard terms are 50% advance / 50% before shipment against packing photos and draft documents — you never pay 100% up front. For larger orders, an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight puts a bank between both parties.
