Manufacturing Built for Volume and Consistency
Two production units in Valsad, Gujarat — strategically placed between the ports of Nhava Sheva and Mundra and the industrial corridor of South Gujarat — produce 50M+ paper bags a year for domestic and international buyers.
From Paper Reel to Packed Carton
Paper reel intake
Virgin and recycled kraft reels (60–150 GSM, brown and bleached white) arrive from established Indian mills and are checked for GSM, moisture, and surface quality before release to production.
Printing
For printed orders, reels run through inline flexographic print stations — up to multi-color designs with Pantone-matched inks — before bag forming, so print registration stays locked to the bag geometry.
Bag forming
Automated lines cut, fold, and glue the tube, then form the base — square (SOS-style) or V-bottom depending on the product. Handle lines apply flat tape or twisted rope handles with reinforced patches.
Finishing & packing
Bags are counted, bundled, and packed into export-grade cartons with moisture liners. Cartons are labeled with SKU, size, count, and PO references for clean receiving at your end.
Capacity That Absorbs Peak Season
Running two units means redundancy: production continues through maintenance windows, and large orders can run in parallel across sites. Combined capacity exceeds 50M+ bags per year, operated by a team of 200+.
For recurring buyers we reserve capacity against a rolling schedule — your monthly volume is planned into the line calendar, so festive-season and year-end surges don't push your lead times out.
