Flexographic Printing, Inline
We print flexographically, inline with bag forming. Flexo is the industry standard for kraft paper packaging: fast enough for six-figure runs, economical at volume, and consistent across a full production run.
Pantone color matching keeps your brand colors accurate on both brown and white kraft — and because kraft base tone affects ink appearance, our proofs show your colors on the actual substrate, not an idealized white background.
Registration and ink density are checked continuously during the run, so bag one and bag one hundred thousand carry the same print.

Artwork Submission & Proofing
Send your artwork
Vector files preferred — AI, EPS, or press-quality PDF. Include Pantone references for brand colors if you have them; if not, we match from physical samples or hex values.
Receive a print layout
Our pre-press team lays your artwork onto the exact bag geometry — accounting for gussets, seams, and fold lines — and returns a dimensioned proof showing exactly how the finished bag will look.
Approve in writing
Production plates are made only after your written proof approval. For color-critical brands, we can print a physical strike-off sample before the full run.
Plates stored for reorders
Your plates and color recipes stay on file, so repeat orders reproduce identically — run after run, year after year.
