Yes. We offer flexographic printing with Pantone color matching on all our bag types. You can print your logo, brand colors, text, and artwork. We support plain, single-color, multi-color, and full-color printing. Send us your artwork and we'll provide a print proof before production.

We manufacture using brown kraft paper and white (bleached) kraft paper, available in a range of GSM from 60 to 150. For food service applications, we offer oil and grease resistant (OGR) coating. For sensitive products requiring moisture and odor barriers, we offer aluminum inner lining. All materials are eco-friendly and recyclable.

Standard production lead time is 15–25 business days from order confirmation and advance payment, depending on the quantity and printing requirements. Custom printed orders may take slightly longer due to artwork approval. We'll confirm the exact timeline when you place your order.

Yes. We can provide pre-production samples for your approval. Sample lead time is typically 5–7 business days. Samples for custom printed bags are available at a nominal cost that is credited toward your bulk order.

For new customers, we typically require 50% advance payment with the order, and 50% prior to shipment. For established customers, we can discuss extended payment terms. We accept bank transfers (TT/wire), Letter of Credit (LC), and other standard trade payment methods.

Yes. We have active export experience to North America, the European Union, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and several other markets. We handle all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and can assist with any compliance documentation required.

Yes. With two manufacturing units and a combined capacity of 50M+ bags per year, we are equipped for high-volume recurring contracts. Many of our international clients operate on monthly or quarterly replenishment schedules. We can arrange standing orders with reserved production capacity.

Machine-made. Both our Valsad units run automated bag-forming lines with inline flexographic printing, which is what makes large volumes consistent: dimensions, glue placement, and print registration are controlled by the machine settings, not hand skill. Handmade bags suit craft quantities; machine production is what delivers 10,000 identical bags — and the next 10,000 identical to those.

Yes — kraft paper bags face no thickness rules, bans, or levies anywhere in India. Plastic carry bags below 120 microns are banned nationally and several states ban plastic carry bags outright, which is why paper is the compliant default for shops. Report any shortage or defect within 7 days of delivery with photos and the affected bundle or carton numbers. Verified issues beyond the agreed tolerance are made good by replacement in your next dispatch or a credit note — the same claims discipline we apply to export orders. Dimensional and print tolerances are stated in your quotation so "acceptable" is defined before you order.

Freight depends on distance, weight/volume, and transporter, and is quoted line-itemed with your order — as a rough orientation it typically adds a small percentage of order value for full-truck dispatches and more for small part-load consignments, which is why consolidating into fewer, larger dispatches is cheaper. Recurring buyers often nominate their own transporters, which we are happy to load.
