Production
On confirmation and advance payment, your order enters production at our Valsad units. Standard lead time is 15–25 business days depending on quantity and printing.

Orders dispatch from Gujarat by road or rail to any Indian state. We share transporter details and tracking so you always know where your consignment is.

Do you deliver outside Gujarat?
Yes — we supply businesses across all Indian states. Freight is quoted along with your order based on destination and volume; large recurring buyers often arrange their own preferred transporters, which we are happy to work with.
What is the minimum order for domestic buyers?
The same MOQs apply across domestic and export orders: from 500 units for twisted and flat handle carry bags, and 2,000 units for SOS bags, pouches, and OGR bags.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. Every domestic order is billed with a proper GST tax invoice. Payments are accepted by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and UPI for smaller amounts.
Can you hold stock or schedule repeat deliveries?
For recurring buyers we can reserve production capacity and schedule monthly or quarterly dispatches so you never run out of packaging.
What if a delivered batch has defects or shortages?
Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and the affected carton numbers. Verified issues beyond the tolerance stated in your quotation are made good by replacement in your next dispatch or a credit note — domestic orders get the same claims discipline as our export shipments.
Can I change size, GSM, or printing on a repeat order?
Yes — spec changes on reorders just need confirmation before the production slot: size and GSM changes are straightforward; print changes need a fresh proof approval (and new plates if the artwork changes). Your previous specification stays on file either way, so you can revert any time.
