For Distributors & Dealers

Build Your Paper Bag Business on Our Production

Distributors are a large share of our output — businesses that buy at factory scale and resell into their own networks. If you supply retailers, restaurants, or institutions with packaging, this page describes how a distribution relationship with JK Industries works.

What the Program Includes

Distributor pricing tiers

Structured factory pricing against committed monthly volume — priced so your resale margin works at prevailing market rates. Tiers step at roughly 25,000, 100,000, and 500,000 bags per month; exact bands are quoted against your product mix.

Reserved production capacity

Your monthly volume is planned into our line calendar across both Valsad units, so festive-season surges don't push your replenishment out. You get a standing dispatch schedule, not a queue position.

Private-label manufacturing

Bags printed with your distribution brand — or plain stock you brand downstream. Your customer relationships stay yours; we never sell around a distributor into their accounts.

Multi-point dispatch

Dispatch to your warehouse, or split consignments directly to your customers' cities against your delivery schedule. We work with your transporters or arrange freight from Gujarat.

Price stability options

Kraft paper is a commodity; for committed recurring volume we offer agreed price-hold periods so you can quote your own customers with confidence.

Credit terms as the relationship builds

First orders run on standard advance terms; established distributors with payment history can discuss extended terms. We're straightforward about this — credit is earned, then real.

Who This Fits

  • Packaging traders and distributors supplying retail, food service, or pharma customers
  • Regional wholesalers adding paper bags as plastic bans shift demand
  • Importers overseas building a paper bag line for their market (see the international pages)
  • Large retailers' consolidated packaging buyers supplying multiple outlets

There is no franchise fee or deposit — the relationship is built on volume, not entry charges. What we ask for is a realistic picture of your monthly offtake so pricing and capacity planning are honest on both sides.

How to Start

  1. 1 Tell us your market, the formats you move (or want to), and realistic monthly volumes — via the quote form or WhatsApp.
  2. 2 We return tiered pricing against your mix, with samples of each format for your own quality check.
  3. 3 Run a first commercial order at standard terms to prove the product in your market.
  4. 4 Move to a standing monthly schedule with reserved capacity, and grow tiers as your offtake grows.
